토지이용 인ㆍ허가 절차 간소화를 위한 특별법 제16조(통합인ㆍ허가지원시스템)

① 토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자는 다음 각 호의 기능을 수행하기 위하여 통합인ㆍ허가지원시스템을 구축ㆍ운영하여야 한다.

② 토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자는 통합인ㆍ허가지원시스템을 별도로 구축하거나 「토지이용규제 기본법」 제12조에 따른 국토이용정보체계를 활용하여 제1항 각 호의 기능을 수행하도록 할 수 있다.

③ 토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자는 통합인ㆍ허가지원시스템을 구축하는 경우 「건축법」 제32조제1항에 따른 전자정보처리 시스템 및 「산업집적활성화 및 공장설립에 관한 법률」 제6조의2에 따른 공장설립온라인지원시스템과 연동하여 사용할 수 있도록 하여야 한다.

④ 토지이용 인ㆍ허가권자는 신청인이 통합인ㆍ허가지원시스템을 통하여 요청한 사항에 대하여 그 결과를 휴대전화에 의한 문자전송, 전자우편, 문서, 팩스 등 신청인이 지정한 통보 수단으로 제공하여야 한다.

(4) The^ð더 land랜드 use유스 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 and앤드 permit퍼밋 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 shall섈 provide프^r러^v바이드 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 matters매터즈 requested^r리퀘스티드 by바이 an앤 applicant애플리컨트 through^θ쓰^r루 the^ð디 integrated인터그^r레이티드 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 and앤드 permit퍼밋 support서포트 system시스텀 by바이 means민즈 of어^v브 notification노우터^f퍼케이션 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð디 applicant,애플리컨트 such서치 as애즈 text텍스트 message메서지 by바이 mobile모우블 phone,^f폰 e-mail,이-메일 document,다큐멘트 or오 fax.^f팩스

⑤ 통합인ㆍ허가지원시스템을 통하여 관리되는 정보의 내용과 이를 활용한 정보 제공 및 업무 처리에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다.

⑥ 국가는 예산의 범위에서 통합인ㆍ허가지원시스템의 구축ㆍ운영에 필요한 인력과 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 지원할 수 있다.

(6) The^ð더 State스테잇 may메이 support서포트 all올 or오 part파트 of어^v브 the^ð더 personnel퍼서넬 and앤드 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 building빌딩 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð디 integrated인터그^r레이티드 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 and앤드 permit퍼밋 support서포트 system시스텀 within위^ð딘 the^ð더 budget.버짓
