특수외국어 교육 진흥에 관한 법률 제6조(특수외국어 교육 진흥 시행계획)

① 교육부장관은 기본계획이 확정된 때에는 이를 기초로 특수외국어 교육 진흥 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

② 교육부장관은 매년 시행계획에 따른 추진실적을 점검ㆍ평가하여 그 결과를 다음 기본계획 수립 시 반영하여야 한다. <신설 2018.12.18>

③ 시행계획의 수립ㆍ시행 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2018.12.18>
