평생교육법 시행령 제63조(재무ㆍ회계)

① 원격대학 형태의 평생교육시설에 속하는 회계의 회계연도는 그 원격대학 형태의 평생교육시설의 학년도에 따른다.

② 법 제34조에 따라 준용하는 「사립학교법」 제28조에 관하여는 「사립학교법 시행령」 제11조에서 정하는 사이버대학의 기준을 준용한다.
