Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Fact-Finding Investigation and Relief for Damage of the Pohang Earthquake, Article 2 (Composition of the Pohang Earthquake Fact-Finding Investigation Committee)

① 「포항지진의 진상조사 및 피해구제 등을 위한 특별법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제5조에 따른 포항지진진상조사위원회(이하 "진상조사위원회"라 한다) 위원 중 1명은 상임위원으로 둔다.

② 진상조사위원회 위원은 포항지진 진상조사를 위한 전문지식과 경험이 풍부한 사람 중 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람을 국무총리가 임명한다.
