하천편입토지 보상 등에 관한 특별조치법 제9조(등기 등)

Special Measures Act on Compensation for Land Incorporated into Rivers, etc., Article 9 (Registration, etc.)

① 시ㆍ도지사는 제2조에 따른 보상금을 지급하거나 제8조에 따른 공탁을 한 날에 관계 법령에 따라 지체 없이 등기신청을 하여야 하며, 그 토지나 물건에 관한 다른 권리는 이와 동시에 소멸한다. <개정 2021.7.27>
