학교안전사고 예방 및 보상에 관한 법률 제19조(공제회의 임원 등)

①공제회의 임원으로 이사장 1인을 포함한 7인 이상 15인 이내의 이사와 2인 이내의 감사를 두되, 임원은 비상임으로 한다.

②공제회의 이사장은 공제회를 대표하고, 공제회의 업무를 총괄한다. <개정 2021.3.23>

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 and앤드 oversee오우^v버시 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

③공제회의 감사(監事)는 공제회의 업무와 회계를 감사(監査)한다.

(3) The^ð디 auditors아더터즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 audit오딧 the^ð디 affairs어^f페어즈 and앤드 accounts어카운츠 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association.어소우시에이션

④ 감사는 제3항에 따른 감사 결과 부정 또는 미비한 사항이 있는 것을 발견한 때에는 이사회에 보고하여야 하며, 교육감에게 회계감사 또는 직무감사를 요청할 수 있다. <신설 2012.1.26, 2021.3.23>
