학점인정 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(평가인정 절차 등)

① 법 제3조제2항에 따라 학습과정의 평가인정을 신청하거나 같은 조 제3항 본문에 따라 평가인정을 받은 학습과정의 변경사항에 관한 인정 신청을 하려는 자는 교육부령으로 정하는 신청서에 관련 서류를 첨부하여 교육부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2015.9.25>

② 제1항에 따라 신청서류를 받은 교육부장관은 그 신청 내용이 제5조에 따른 평가인정의 기준에 적합한지를 조사ㆍ확인하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.9.25>

③ 교육부장관은 제2항에 따른 조사ㆍ확인 결과에 따라 평가인정 여부를 결정한 후 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다. 이 경우 평가인정의 통지는 법 제4조제1항에 따른 평가인정서를 발급하는 것으로 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2015.9.25>

⑤ 교육부장관은 제2항에 따라 평가인정 신청의 내용이 평가인정 기준에 적합한지를 조사ㆍ확인할 때 「고등교육법 시행령」 제28조제3항제2호에 따른 의료인력 양성분야 등 전문적인 지식을 필요로 하는 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장, 전문가 또는 관련 단체의 장에게 의견을 들을 수 있다. <개정 2015.9.25>
