공단은 제2조 각 호 또는 제3조의 등기사항이 변경된 경우(제4조에 따른 이전등기에 해당하는 경우는 제외한다)에는 변경 후 3주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 변경사항을 등기해야 한다.
