Installment Transactions Act, Article 25 (Cancellation of Prepaid Installment Contracts by Consumers)

① 소비자가 선불식 할부계약을 체결하고, 그 계약에 의한 재화등의 공급을 받지 아니한 경우에는 그 계약을 해제할 수 있다.

② 선불식 할부거래업자는 제1항에 따라 계약이 해제된 경우 소비자에게 해제로 인한 손실을 초과하는 위약금을 청구하여서는 아니 된다.

④ 선불식 할부거래업자는 선불식 할부계약이 해제된 경우에는 해제된 날부터 3영업일 이내에 이미 지급받은 대금에서 위약금을 뺀 금액을 소비자에게 환급하여야 한다. 이 경우 선불식 할부거래업자가 환급을 지연한 때에는 그 지연기간에 따라 지연배상금을 함께 환급하여야 한다.
