항만시설관리권 등록령 제36조(등록의 기재사항)

① 표시란에 등록을 하는 경우에는 신청서의 접수연월일, 등록의 목적, 그 밖에 신청서에 적힌 항만시설관리권의 표시에 관한 것을 적고 등록공무원이 도장을 찍어야 한다.

② 사항란에 등록을 하는 경우에는 신청서의 접수연월일, 접수번호, 등록권리자의 성명 또는 명칭과 주소 및 사무소 소재지, 등록원인과 그 연월일, 등록의 목적, 그 밖에 신청서에 적힌 등록할 권리에 관한 것을 적고, 등록공무원이 도장을 찍어야 한다.

③ 제32조에 따른 신청에 의하여 등록을 하는 경우에는 제2항에 규정된 것 외에 사항란에 채권자의 성명 또는 명칭ㆍ주소 또는 사무소 소재지와 대위원인을 적어야 한다.
