항만시설관리권 등록령 제73조(위반등록이 있는 경우의 말소의 통지)

① 등록공무원이 등록을 마친 후 그 등록이 제35조제1호에 해당된 것임을 발견한 경우에는 등록권리자, 등록의무자 및 등록상 이해관계가 있는 제3자에 대하여 1개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 기간 내에 이의(異議)를 진술하지 아니한 경우에는 등록을 말소한다는 뜻을 알려야 한다.

② 통지를 받을 자의 주소 또는 거소를 알 수 없는 경우에는 제1항의 통지를 갈음하여 관보나 「신문 등의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제9조제1항에 따라 전국을 보급지역으로 등록한 일간신문에 1회 이상 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.1.27>
