Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Investigation of and Inquiry into Marine Accidents, Article 13 (Procedures for Applications for Recusal)
기피신청은 이유를 분명하게 밝힌 서면으로 해당 심판관 또는 비상임심판관이 소속된 심판원에 하여야 한다.
An application for recusal shall be made in writing clearly stating the reasons, to the Tribunal to which the relevant tribunal judge or non-standing tribunal judge belongs.
