행정절차법 시행령 제20조의2(온라인공청회의 개최 통지 등)

행정청은 법 제38조의2에 따라 정보통신망을 이용한 공청회(이하 "온라인공청회"라 한다)를 개최하려는 때에는 온라인공청회 개최 14일 전까지 다음 각 호의 사항을 당사자등에게 통지하고, 관보ㆍ공보ㆍ일간신문 또는 인터넷 홈페이지 등에 공고하는 등의 방법으로 널리 알려야 한다. 다만, 온라인공청회 개최를 알린 후 예정대로 개최하지 못하여 새로 일시 및 온라인공청회를 개최하는 인터넷 주소(이하 "온라인공청회주소"라 한다) 등을 정한 경우에는 온라인공청회 개최 7일 전까지 알릴 수 있다. <개정 2022.7.11>
