화물자동차 운수사업법 제38조(책임보험계약등의 계약 종료일 통지 등)

① 보험회사등은 자기와 책임보험계약등을 체결하고 있는 보험등 의무가입자에게 그 계약종료일 30일 전까지 그 계약이 끝난다는 사실을 알려야 한다.

② 보험회사등은 자기와 책임보험계약등을 체결한 보험등 의무가입자가 그 계약이 끝난 후 새로운 계약을 체결하지 아니하면 그 사실을 지체 없이 국토교통부장관에게 알려야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
