환경분쟁 조정 및 환경피해 구제 등에 관한 법률 제32조(신청의 각하 등)

① 위원회는 조정신청이 적법하지 아니한 경우에는 적절한 기간을 정하여 그 기간 내에 흠을 바로 잡을 것을 명할 수 있다.

② 위원회는 신청인이 제1항에 따른 명령에 따르지 아니하거나 흠을 바로잡을 수 없는 경우에는 결정으로 조정신청을 각하(却下)한다.

③ 위원회는 다른 법률에서 정하고 있는 조정절차를 이미 거쳤거나 거치고 있는 환경분쟁에 대한 조정신청은 결정으로 각하한다.
