환경분쟁 조정 및 환경피해 구제 등에 관한 법률 제35조(피신청인의 경정)

① 위원회의 위원장은 신청인이 피신청인을 잘못 지정한 것이 명백할 때에는 신청인의 신청을 받아 피신청인의 경정(更正)을 허가할 수 있다.

② 위원회의 위원장은 제1항에 따른 허가를 하였을 때에는 그 사실을 당사자와 새로운 피신청인에게 통보하여야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 허가가 있는 때에는 종전의 피신청인에 대한 조정신청은 철회되고 새로운 피신청인에 대한 조정신청이 제1항에 따른 경정신청이 있은 때에 있은 것으로 본다.
