1. 법 제13조에 따른 역학조사에 소요되는 비용, 법 제15조제1항 및 제3항에 따른 검사ㆍ주사ㆍ주사표시ㆍ약물목욕 또는 투약에 소요되는 비용, 법 제17조제1항부터 제3항까지, 제19조제1항에 따른 이동제한에 소요되는 비용 및 법 제25조제2항에 따른 소독에 소요되는 비용 : 해당비용의 100분의 50 이상은 국가가 지원하고, 그 나머지는 지방자치단체가 지원

2. 법 제20조에 따른 살처분의 실시, 법 제22조제2항ㆍ제3항에 따른 사체의 소각, 매몰, 화학적 처리, 재활용, 법 제23조제1항ㆍ제3항에 따른 오염물건의 소각, 매몰, 화학적 처리 및 소독(이하 이 호에서 "살처분등"이라 한다)에 소요되는 비용 : 지방자치단체가 지원. 다만, 제1종 가축전염병 중 구제역, 고병원성 조류인플루엔자 또는 아프리카돼지열병의 발생 및 확산 방지 등을 위해 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 목에서 정하는 바에 따라 국가가 일부를 지원할 수 있으며, 국가가 일부를 지원하는 경우 본문에 따른 지방자치단체의 지원금액은 특별자치시 및 특별자치도의 행정시의 경우에는 해당 특별자치시 및 특별자치도가 전부 부담하고, 그 외의 지역의 경우에는 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도(관할 구역 안에 지방자치단체인 시ㆍ군이 있는 특별자치도에 한정한다)와 시ㆍ군ㆍ구가 협의하는 바에 따라 각각 분담한다.
