① 산림이용진흥사업에 대하여는 법 제42조제1항에 따라 보전산지(「산지관리법」 제9조제1항에 따른 산지전용ㆍ일시사용제한지역은 제외한다)에서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하기 위하여 산지전용 또는 산지일시사용을 하는 경우를 제외하고는 산지전용 또는 산지일시사용을 할 수 없다.
