개발이익 환수에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조(조합의 범위 등)

① 법 제6조제2항 각 호 외의 부분에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 조합"이란 다음 각 호의 조합을 말한다. <개정 2016.8.11, 2018.2.9>

② 법 제6조제2항에 따라 조합원이 내야 할 부담금은 조합이 내야 할 부담금ㆍ가산금을 조합의 규약에 따라 각 조합원에게 배분하는 금액으로 한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 조합원에게 부담금을 부과할 때에는 제19조에 따른 납부고지서를 발부하여야 하며, 납부 기한은 부과 고지를 한 날부터 30일로 한다.
