건축사법 시행령 제37조(고유식별정보의 처리)

① 국토교통부장관(법 제38조의11에 따라 국토교통부장관의 권한 또는 업무를 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2016.2.11, 2017.3.27, 2020.6.9>

② 시ㆍ도지사(해당 권한이 위임ㆍ위탁된 경우에는 그 권한을 위임ㆍ위탁받은 자를 포함한다)는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 신고의 수리를 위한 법 제24조에 따른 신고의 제한 사항 확인에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <신설 2020.9.8>

③ 공제조합은 법 제38조의5제1호부터 제3호까지의 규정에 따른 사업에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호 또는 제4호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2016.2.11, 2020.9.8>
