경제자유구역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 특별법 시행령 제14조(준공검사 전 토지 등의 사용)

① 개발사업시행자는 개발사업으로 개발된 토지나 설치된 시설을 임대 또는 분양받은 자가 개발된 토지나 설치된 시설에 대하여 준공검사 전에 사용허가를 요청하는 경우 준공검사 전 사용으로 인하여 개발사업에 지장을 주지 아니한다고 인정하는 때에는 법 제14조제3항 단서에 따라 지체 없이 준공검사 전 사용허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도지사에게 사용허가를 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2011.8.5>

② 제1항에 따라 개발사업시행자로부터 사용허가 신청을 받은 시ㆍ도지사는 개발된 토지나 설치된 시설이 용도에 적합하게 사용되는지를 판단하여 사용허가 신청을 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 허가 또는 불허가처분을 하여야 한다. <개정 2011.8.5>
