계량에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조(계량기 제조업 등의 등록)

① 법 제7조제1항에 따라 계량기 제조업, 계량기 수리업 또는 계량증명업을 하려는 자는 산업통상부령으로 정하는 등록신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따라 등록신청서를 제출받은 시ㆍ도지사는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 다음 각 호의 서류를 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 신청인이 확인에 동의하지 아니하거나 확인이 불가능한 경우에는 그 서류를 제출하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.4.23>

③ 법 제7조제2항에서 "계량기의 제조, 수리 및 증명에 필요한 자체 시설 및 검사설비 등 대통령령으로 정하는 등록기준"이란 별표 3에 따른 기준을 말한다.

④ 시ㆍ도지사는 계량기 제조업, 계량기 수리업 또는 계량증명업을 하려는 자가 제3항에 따른 자체 시설 및 검사설비를 갖춘 경우 산업통상부령으로 정하는 계량기 제조업ㆍ수리업ㆍ계량증명업 등록증을 신청인에게 발급(정보통신망에 의한 발급을 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

⑤ 법 제7조제3항에 따른 계량기 수리업의 업무범위는 별표 4와 같다.
