공무원보수규정 제38조(강임 시의 연봉 보전 등)

① 강임된 공무원에게는 강임되기 전의 연봉에 해당하는 금액[4급(상당) 공무원에서 강임되는 경우에는 관리업무수당에 해당하는 금액을 제외한다]을 지급하되, 강임된 계급에서의 연봉한계액의 상한액을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2017.1.6>
