공무원수당 등에 관한 규정 제11조의2(주택수당)

① 하사 이상 중령 이하의 군인과 재외공무원에게는 별표 6의2에 따른 주택수당을 지급한다. 다만, 정부가 소유하거나 임차한 주택에서 임차료 등을 지급하지 아니하고 거주하는 사람에게는 이를 지급하지 아니한다. <개정 2024.1.5>
