공무원연금법 시행령 제93조(시효기산일)

① 법 제87조제1항에 따라 공무원재해보상연금위원회에 심사를 청구한 사람이 그 청구에 대하여 인용(認容) 결정을 받거나 소송을 제기하여 승소한 경우에 그에 관련되는 급여를 받을 권리에 대한 법 제88조에 따른 소멸시효기간은 그 인용 결정 또는 판결이 확정된 날부터 기산(起算)한다.

② 제61조제4항에 따라 급여액의 일부의 지급이 중지된 경우에 그 중지된 급여를 받을 권리는 같은 조 제5항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우부터 법 제88조제1항의 소멸시효기간을 기산한다. <개정 2020.12.29>
