Enforcement Decree of the Public Health Management Act, Article 9-2 (Qualifications, etc. of Honorary Public Health Inspectors)

①법 제15조의2제1항의 규정에 의한 명예공중위생감시원(이하 "명예감시원"이라 한다)은 시ㆍ도지사가 다음 각호의 1에 해당하는 자중에서 위촉한다. <개정 2005.11.1>

(1) Honorary아너^r레^r리 public퍼블릭 health헬^θ스 inspectors인스펙터즈 under언더 Article아터클 15-2 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "honorary아너^r레^r리 inspectors")인스펙터즈 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 persons퍼슨즈 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

1. 공중위생에 대한 지식과 관심이 있는 자

2. 소비자단체, 공중위생관련 협회 또는 단체의 소속직원중에서 당해 단체 등의 장이 추천하는 자

1. 공중위생감시원이 행하는 검사대상물의 수거 지원

2. 법령 위반행위에 대한 신고 및 자료 제공
