Korea Scientists and Engineers Mutual-Aid Association Act, Article 16-8 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Unique Identification Information)

① 공제회는 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 당사자의 동의를 받아 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보와 같은 법 제24조에 따른 고유식별정보가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.

1. 회원의 부담금에 관한 사무

2. 회원(회원의 유가족을 포함한다)에 대한 급여의 지급 및 대여에 관한 사무
