관광진흥법 제3조(관광사업의 종류)

가. 호텔업 : 관광객의 숙박에 적합한 시설을 갖추어 이를 관광객에게 제공하거나 숙박에 딸리는 음식ㆍ운동ㆍ오락ㆍ휴양ㆍ공연 또는 연수에 적합한 시설 등을 함께 갖추어 이를 이용하게 하는 업

나. 휴양 콘도미니엄업 : 관광객의 숙박과 취사에 적합한 시설을 갖추어 이를 그 시설의 회원이나 소유자등, 그 밖의 관광객에게 제공하거나 숙박에 딸리는 음식ㆍ운동ㆍ오락ㆍ휴양ㆍ공연 또는 연수에 적합한 시설 등을 함께 갖추어 이를 이용하게 하는 업

가. 관광객을 위하여 음식ㆍ운동ㆍ오락ㆍ휴양ㆍ문화ㆍ예술 또는 레저 등에 적합한 시설을 갖추어 이를 관광객에게 이용하게 하는 업

나. 대통령령으로 정하는 2종 이상의 시설과 관광숙박업의 시설(이하 "관광숙박시설"이라 한다) 등을 함께 갖추어 이를 회원이나 그 밖의 관광객에게 이용하게 하는 업

다. 야영장업: 야영에 적합한 시설 및 설비 등을 갖추고 야영편의를 제공하는 시설(「청소년활동 진흥법」 제10조제1호마목에 따른 청소년야영장은 제외한다)을 관광객에게 이용하게 하는 업

라. 외국인관광 도시민박업: 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률」 제6조제1호에 따른 도시지역(「농어촌정비법」에 따른 농어촌지역 및 준농어촌지역은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 주민이 자신이 거주하고 있는 대통령령으로 정하는 주택을 이용하여 외국인 관광객에게 한국의 가정문화를 체험할 수 있도록 적합한 시설을 갖추고 숙식 등을 제공(도시지역에서 「도시재생 활성화 및 지원에 관한 특별법」 제2조제6호에 따른 도시재생활성화계획에 따라 같은 조 제9호에 따른 마을기업이 외국인 관광객에게 우선하여 숙식 등을 제공하면서, 외국인 관광객의 이용에 지장을 주지 아니하는 범위에서 해당 지역을 방문하는 내국인 관광객에게 그 지역의 특성화된 문화를 체험할 수 있도록 숙식 등을 제공하는 것을 포함한다)하는 업
