관세법 제137조(간이 입출항절차)

① 국제무역선이나 국제무역기가 국제항에 입항하여 물품(선박용품 또는 항공기용품과 승무원의 휴대품은 제외한다)을 하역하지 아니하고 입항한 때부터 24시간 이내에 출항하는 경우 세관장은 제135조에 따른 적재화물목록, 선박용품 또는 항공기용품의 목록, 여객명부, 승무원명부, 승무원 휴대품목록 또는 제136조에 따른 적재화물목록의 제출을 생략하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>

② 세관장은 국제무역선이나 국제무역기가 국제항에 입항하여 제135조에 따른 절차를 마친 후 다시 우리나라의 다른 국제항에 입항할 때에는 제1항을 준용하여 서류제출의 생략 등 간소한 절차로 입출항하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.22>
