교통안전법 시행령 제37조(교통사고원인조사의 대상ㆍ방법 등)

Enforcement Decree of the Traffic Safety Act, Article 37 (Subjects and Methods of Traffic Accident Cause Investigation)

① 법 제50조제1항에 따른 교통사고의 원인조사(이하 "교통사고원인조사"라 한다)의 대상은 별표 5와 같다.

③ 제2항제1호에 해당하는 자로서 교통행정기관등의 장이 지정하는 자는 교통사고원인조사가 끝나면 지체 없이 교통사고원인조사보고서를 작성하여 교통행정기관등의 장에게 제출하여야 한다.
