국가재정법 제37조(총액계상)

①기획예산처장관은 대통령령으로 정하는 사업으로서 세부내용을 미리 확정하기 곤란한 사업의 경우에는 이를 총액으로 예산에 계상할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2020.6.9, 2025.10.1>

②제1항의 규정에 따른 총액계상사업의 총 규모는 매 회계연도 예산의 순계를 기준으로 대통령령으로 정하는 비율을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2020.6.9>

③각 중앙관서의 장은 제1항의 규정에 따른 총액계상사업에 대하여는 예산배정 전에 예산배분에 관한 세부사업시행계획을 수립하여 기획예산처장관과 협의하여야 하며, 그 세부집행실적을 회계연도 종료 후 3개월 이내에 기획예산처장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2025.10.1>
