국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제109조(간사장 등)

① 국가교통위원회 및 각 실무위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 국가교통위원회에 간사장 및 간사 각 1명을 두고, 각 실무위원회에는 간사 1명을 둔다.

② 간사장 및 간사는 국토교통부 소속 공무원 중에서 국토교통부장관이 각각 임명한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 간사장은 국가교통위원회의 사무를 처리하고, 국가교통위원회의 간사는 간사장을 보좌한다.
