국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제68조(교통 분야별 지능형교통체계 계획의 수립 등)

① 국토교통부장관 또는 해양수산부장관(해상교통 분야로 한정한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)은 법 제73조제4항 각 호에 따른 교통 분야별 지능형교통체계의 계획(이하 "교통 분야별 지능형교통체계 계획"이라 한다)을 10년의 범위에서 각각 수립하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 법 제73조제4항제1호에 따른 자동차ㆍ도로교통 분야 지능형교통체계 계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð디 automobile오터모빌 and앤드 road^r로우드 transport트^r랜스포트 sector섹터 under언더 Article아터클 73 (4) 1 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

③ 법 제73조제4항제2호에 따른 철도교통 분야 지능형교통체계 계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 railway^r레일웨이 transport트^r랜스포트 sector섹터 under언더 Article아터클 73 (4) 2 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

④ 법 제73조제4항제3호에 따른 해상교통 분야 지능형교통체계 계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(4) The^ð디 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 maritime메^r러타임 transport트^r랜스포트 sector섹터 under언더 Article아터클 73 (4) 3 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

⑤ 법 제73조제4항제4호에 따른 항공교통 분야 지능형교통체계 계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(5) The^ð디 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð디 air에어 transport트^r랜스포트 sector섹터 under언더 Article아터클 73 (4) 4 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

⑥ 국토교통부장관 또는 해양수산부장관은 지능형교통체계의 여건 및 관련 교통기술의 변화를 고려하여 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 교통 분야별 지능형교통체계 계획을 재검토하여 그 내용을 정비하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑦ 지능형교통체계 관계 기관의 장은 국토교통부장관 또는 해양수산부장관으로부터 제1항에 따른 교통 분야별 지능형교통체계 계획의 수립에 필요한 소관별 계획안 또는 관련 자료의 제출을 요청받은 경우에는 국토교통부장관 또는 해양수산부장관에게 그 계획안 또는 해당 자료를 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

⑧ 국토교통부장관 또는 해양수산부장관은 제7항에 따라 제출받은 소관별 계획안 또는 관련 자료를 기초로 교통 분야별 지능형교통체계 계획을 작성하여 관계 기관의 장과 협의한 후 국가교통위원회의 심의를 거쳐 이를 확정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
