국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제69조(지방자치단체의 지능형교통체계계획 수립 등)

① 법 제74조제1항에 따른 지방자치단체의 지능형교통체계계획 (이하 이 조에서 "지능형교통체계지방계획"이라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(1) The^ð디 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 plan플랜 of어^v브 a어 local로우클 government거^v버먼트 under언더 Article아터클 74 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "local로우클 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 plan"플랜 in인 this^ð디스 Article)아터클 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

② 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수(광역시에 있는 군의 군수는 제외한다. 이하 "시장등"이라 한다)는 지능형교통체계지방계획을 입안하였을 때에는 법 제74조제4항에 따라 지능형교통체계지방계획안을 해당 계획의 계획기간이 시작되기 6개월 전까지 제출하여야 한다.

③ 국토교통부장관 또는 해양수산부장관(해상교통 분야로 한정한다)은 지능형교통체계지방계획의 수립을 지원하기 위하여 필요하면 관계 행정기관의 장과 협의하여 지능형교통체계의 구조ㆍ기능 및 역할 등에 관한 기본틀(이하 "지능형교통체계의 기본틀"이라 한다)을 작성하여 시ㆍ도지사와 시장등에게 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

④ 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장등은 제3항에 따라 통보받은 지능형교통체계의 기본틀을 지능형교통체계지방계획에 반영하여야 한다.
