국가통합교통체계효율화법 시행령 제70조(지능형교통체계시행계획의 수립 등)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 및 지방자치단체의 장(이하 이 장에서 "관계 행정기관의 장"이라 한다)은 법 제76조제1항에 따라 매년 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 소관별 지능형교통체계의 시행계획(이하 "지능형교통체계시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여 3월 31일까지 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 76 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 and앤드 the^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 local로우클 governments거^v버먼츠 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "heads헤즈 of어^v브 related^r릴레이티드 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies"에이전시즈 in인 this^ð디스 Chapter)챕터 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 an앤 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 of어^v브 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 systems시스텀즈 by바이 area에^r리아 of어^v브 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan")플랜 each이치 year,이어 including인클루딩 the^ð더 following,^f팔로잉 and앤드 submit서브밋 it잇 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 by바이 March마치 31:

② 국토교통부장관은 지능형교통체계시행계획의 수립을 지원하기 위하여 필요하면 지능형교통체계의 기본틀을 관계 행정기관의 장에게 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 관계 행정기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 통보받은 지능형교통체계의 기본틀을 지능형교통체계시행계획에 반영하여야 한다.

(3) The^ð더 heads헤즈 of어^v브 related^r릴레이티드 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agencies에이전시즈 shall섈 reflect^r리^f플렉트 the^ð더 basic베이식 framework^f프^r레임워크 of어^v브 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 systems시스텀즈 notified노우터^f파이드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) in인 the^ð디 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan.플랜

④ 국토교통부장관은 제1항에 따라 제출받은 지능형교통체계시행계획을 종합하여 국가교통위원회에 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

(4) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport트^r랜스포트 shall섈 compile컴파일 the^ð디 intelligent인텔러전트 transport트^r랜스포트 system시스텀 implementation임플러멘테이션 plans플랜즈 submitted서브미티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) and앤드 report^r리포트 them^ð뎀 to투 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Transport트^r랜스포트 Committee.커미티
