Enforcement Rule of the National Pension Act, Article 26 (Reports on Engagement in Income-Generating Work)
① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 영 제45조에 따른 소득이 있는 업무에 종사하게 된 경우에는 법 제121조제1항에 따라 별지 제34호서식의 소득이 있는 업무 종사ㆍ종사중단 신고서를 공단에 30일 이내에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2012.6.29, 2013.9.12, 2017.9.22>
(1) Where any of the following persons becomes engaged in income-generating work under Article 45 of the Decree, he or she shall submit a report on engagement in or cessation of income-generating work in Form No. 34 to the Service within 30 days pursuant to Article 121 (1) of the Act:
1. 법 제61조제1항에 따른 노령연금 수급권자 중 65세 미만(특수직종근로자는 60세 미만)인 자
1. A person entitled to an old-age pension under Article 61 (1) of the Act who is under 65 years of age (under 60 years of age for workers in special occupations);
2. 법 제61조제2항에 따른 조기노령연금 수급권자 중 65세 미만인 자
2. A person entitled to an early old-age pension under Article 61 (2) of the Act who is under 65 years of age;
3. 법 제76조제1항제3호에 해당하는 유족연금 수급권자
3. A person entitled to a survivors' pension who falls under Article 76 (1) 3 of the Act.
② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자가 영 제45조에 따른 소득이 있는 업무에 종사하지 아니하게 된 경우에는 법 제121조제1항에 따라 별지 제34호서식의 소득이 있는 업무 종사ㆍ종사중단 신고서를 공단에 30일 이내에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2012.6.29, 2013.9.12, 2017.9.22>
(2) Where any of the following persons ceases to be engaged in income-generating work under Article 45 of the Decree, he or she shall submit a report on engagement in or cessation of income-generating work in Form No. 34 to the Service within 30 days pursuant to Article 121 (1) of the Act:
1. 법 제63조의2에 따라 소득활동에 따른 노령연금액을 받고 있는 노령연금 수급권자
1. A person entitled to an old-age pension who is receiving the old-age pension amount adjusted for income activities under Article 63-2 of the Act;
2. 법 제66조제1항제1호에 따라 조기노령연금 지급이 정지된 자
2. A person whose payment of an early old-age pension has been suspended under Article 66 (1) 1 of the Act;
3. 법 제76조제1항 본문에 따라 유족연금 지급이 정지된 유족연금의 수급권자
3. A person entitled to a survivors' pension whose payment of the survivors' pension has been suspended under the main sentence of Article 76 (1) of the Act.
