National Pension Act, Article 63-2 (Old-Age Pension Amount for Persons Engaged in Income-Generating Activities)

제61조에 따른 노령연금 수급권자가 대통령령으로 정하는 소득이 있는 업무에 종사하면 60세 이상 65세 미만(특수직종근로자는 55세 이상 60세 미만)인 기간에는 제62조제2항ㆍ제4항, 제63조 및 제66조제3항에 따른 노령연금액(부양가족연금액은 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)에서 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 금액을 뺀 금액을 지급한다. 이 경우 빼는 금액은 노령연금액의 2분의 1을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2015.1.28, 2017.3.21, 2025.12.16>
