국민연금법 제99조(연금보험료 등의 징수권 소멸)
National Pension Act, Article 99 (Extinction of the Right to Collect Pension Contributions, etc.)
지역가입자, 임의가입자 및 임의계속가입자의 연금보험료 및 연체금을 징수할 권리는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에 소멸한다. <개정 2009.5.21>
The right to collect the pension contributions and late payment charges of a region-based insured person, a voluntarily insured person, or a voluntarily continued insured person shall be extinguished in any of the following cases:
1. 가입자 또는 가입자였던 자가 사망한 때
1. When the insured person or former insured person dies;
2. 본인이 노령연금을 받거나 제77조제1항에 따라 반환일시금을 받은 때
2. When the person receives an old-age pension or a lump-sum refund under Article 77 (1);
3. 제115조제1항에 따라 소멸시효가 완성된 때
3. When the extinctive prescription is completed under Article 115 (1).
