국제연합 평화유지활동 참여에 관한 법률 제7조(국군부대의 파견)

① 정부는 제6조의 동의를 받아 평화유지활동에 국군부대를 파견하는 경우 국제연합 및 관련국 정부 등과 긴밀히 협의하여 상비부대 등의 파견이 신속하게 이루어지도록 노력한다.

② 외교부장관은 국방부장관과 협의하여 제1항에 따른 협의를 추진하고 관련 국제협정을 체결한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 국방부장관은 평화유지활동 파견부대의 형태와 규모를 판단하고 파병업무에 관한 세부 지침 및 절차를 마련하여 시행한다.
