Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Execution of Sentences in the Military and the Treatment of Military Inmates, Article 21 (Background Investigation of New Inmates)
소장은 신입자의 신원에 관한 사항을 조사하여 제19조에 따른 수용기록부에 기록하여야 한다.
