기업활동 규제완화에 관한 특별조치법 시행령 제14조(환경기술인 공동채용 사업장의 제한)

① 법 제37조 각 호 외의 부분 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사업장의 경우"란 「대기환경보전법」 제2조제9호에 따른 특정대기유해물질(이하 "특정대기유해물질"이라 한다)을 배출하지 아니하는 같은 법 시행령 별표 10에 따른 2종사업장 또는 특정대기유해물질을 배출하는 같은 법 시행령 별표 10에 따른 3종사업장을 하나 이상 포함하는 경우를 말한다.

② 법 제38조 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사업장의 경우"란 특정수질유해물질을 배출하지 아니하는 「물환경보전법 시행령」 별표 13에 따른 제2종사업장 또는 특정수질유해물질을 배출하는 같은 법 시행령 별표 13에 따른 제3종사업장을 하나 이상 포함하는 경우를 말한다. <개정 2018.1.16>
