Enforcement Decree of the Inland Water Fisheries Act, Article 8 (Approval of Restrictions on Permitted Fisheries)

① 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제9조제4항에 따른 승인을 받으려면 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신청서를 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
