Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Support for the Agricultural and Fishery Workforce, Article 11 (Designation of Specialized Agricultural and Fishery Workforce Support Institutions)

① 법 제21조제1항에 따른 농어업고용인력지원전문기관(이하 "인력지원전문기관"이라 한다)으로 지정받으려는 기관 또는 단체는 다음 각 호의 지정요건을 모두 갖추어야 한다.

가. 「농업협동조합법」에 따른 농업협동조합중앙회

다. 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에 따른 공공기관

라. 「정부출연연구기관 등의 설립ㆍ운영 및 육성에 관한 법률」에 따라 설립된 정부출연연구기관

2. 법 제21조제2항 각 호의 업무를 수행하기에 적합한 전문인력ㆍ전담조직ㆍ사무공간 및 정보시스템을 갖출 것

② 농림축산식품부장관과 해양수산부장관은 법 제21조제1항에 따라 인력지원전문기관을 지정하려는 경우에는 신청방법 등을 정하여 농림축산식품부 및 해양수산부의 인터넷 홈페이지에 각각 공고해야 한다. 이 경우 공고 기간은 15일 이상으로 하되, 신속한 지정을 위하여 부득이한 경우에는 그 기간을 단축할 수 있다.

③ 농림축산식품부장관과 해양수산부장관은 인력지원전문기관을 지정한 경우에는 그 지정기관 및 지정기관에 위탁한 업무의 내용을 농림축산식품부 및 해양수산부의 인터넷 홈페이지에 각각 게시해야 한다.
