Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act, Article 11-2 (Criteria and Procedures for Authorization of Establishment of Cooperative Joint Business Corporations)

① 법 제112조의5제2항에 따른 조합공동사업법인의 설립인가에 필요한 기준은 다음 각 호와 같다.

1. 회원의 자격이 있는 설립동의자(조합에 한정한다. 이하 제2호에서 같다)가 둘 이상일 것
