Enforcement Decree of the Agricultural Cooperatives Act, Article 11-5 (Internal Control Standards of the Federation, etc.)

① 법 제125조의4제1항에 따른 내부통제기준(이하 이 조에서 "내부통제기준"이라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2026.9.10>

② 중앙회는 법 제125조의4제4항에 따라 감사위원회로 하여금 현장조사 또는 서면조사를 실시하여 내부통제기준의 운영 실태를 점검하게 하고, 그 점검 결과를 전무이사 및 이사회에 통지하게 해야 한다. <신설 2026.9.10>
