다중이용업소의 안전관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제8조(집행계획의 내용 등)

①소방본부장은 제4조제3항에 따라 공고된 기본계획과 제7조제2항에 따라 통보된 연도별 계획에 따라 안전관리집행계획(이하 "집행계획"이라 한다)을 수립해야 하며, 수립된 집행계획과 전년도 추진실적을 매년 1월 31일까지 소방청장에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

(1) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 fire^f파이어 headquarters헤드쿼터즈 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 a어 safety세이^f프티 management매너지먼트 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "implementation임플러멘테이션 plan")플랜 in인 accordance어코든스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 basic베이식 plan플랜 publicly퍼블리클리 announced어나운스트 under언더 Article아터클 4 (3) and앤드 the^ð디 annual애뉴얼 plan플랜 notified노우터^f파이드 under언더 Article아터클 7 (2), and앤드 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð디 established이스태블리시트 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 and앤드 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year's이어즈 performance퍼^f포먼스 to투 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Fire^f파이어 Agency에이전시 by바이 January재뉴에^r리 31 each이치 year.이어

②소방본부장은 법 제6조제1항에 따라 관할지역의 다중이용업소에 대한 집행계획을 수립할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함시켜야 한다.

③법 제6조제3항에 따른 집행계획의 수립시기는 해당 연도 전년 12월 31일까지로 하며, 그 수립대상은 제2조의 다중이용업으로 한다.
