대부업 등의 등록 및 금융이용자 보호에 관한 법률 제3조의2(등록갱신)

① 대부업자등이 제3조제6항에 따른 등록유효기간 이후에도 계속하여 대부업등을 하려는 경우에는 시ㆍ도지사등에게 유효기간 만료일 3개월 전부터 1개월 전까지 등록갱신을 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24>

② 제1항에 따른 등록갱신신청을 받은 시ㆍ도지사등은 신청인이 제3조의5의 요건을 갖춘 경우에는 제3조제4항제1호의 사항을 확인한 후 등록부에 제3조제3항 각 호에 규정된 사항과 등록갱신일자ㆍ등록번호를 적고 지체 없이 신청인에게 등록증을 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2012.12.11, 2015.7.24>

③ 제1항에 따른 등록갱신과 관련하여 시ㆍ도지사등은 유효기간 만료일 3개월 전까지 해당 대부업자등에게 갱신절차와 기간 내에 갱신을 신청하지 아니하면 유효기간이 만료된다는 사실을 알려야 한다. <개정 2015.7.24>

④ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 등록갱신의 구체적 절차 등은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2015.7.24>
