대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(시보임용)

①5급 이하 경호공무원 또는 일반직공무원을 신규채용하는 경우에는 1년 이내의 기간동안 시보로 임용하고 그 기간중에 근무성적과 교육훈련성적이 양호한 경우에 정규직원으로 임용한다. <개정 2013.11.20>

②휴직기간, 직위해제기간 및 징계에 의하여 정직처분을 받은 기간은 제1항의 규정에 의한 시보임용기간에 산입하지 아니한다.
