도로교통법 시행령 제9조(전용차로의 종류 등)

① 법 제15조제2항(법 제61조제2항에서 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 전용차로의 종류와 전용차로로 통행할 수 있는 차(이하 "전용차로통행차"라 한다)는 별표 1과 같다.

② 별표 1에 따라 고속도로 외의 도로에 설치된 버스전용차로로 통행할 수 있는 자동차의 지정 및 취소 등에 필요한 사항은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

③ 시장등과 경찰청장은 전용차로를 설치하거나 폐지한 경우에는 그 구간과 기간 및 통행시간 등을 정하여(폐지하는 경우에는 통행시간은 제외한다) 고시하고, 신문ㆍ방송 등을 통하여 널리 알려야 한다.
