도시 및 주거환경정비법 제34조(추진위원회의 운영)

① 국토교통부장관은 추진위원회의 공정한 운영을 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함한 추진위원회의 운영규정을 정하여 고시하여야 한다.

② 추진위원회는 운영규정에 따라 운영하여야 하며, 토지등소유자는 운영에 필요한 경비를 운영규정에 따라 납부하여야 한다.

③ 추진위원회는 수행한 업무를 제44조에 따른 총회(이하 "총회"라 한다)에 보고하여야 하며, 그 업무와 관련된 권리ㆍ의무는 조합이 포괄승계한다.

④ 추진위원회는 사용경비를 기재한 회계장부 및 관계 서류를 조합설립인가일부터 30일 이내에 조합에 인계하여야 한다.

(4) A어 promotion프^r러모우션 committee커미티 shall섈 hand핸드 over오우^v버 to투 the^ð디 association어소우시에이션 the^ð디 account어카운트 books북스 recording^r러코딩 the^ð디 expenses익스펜시즈 it잇 used유즈드 and앤드 related^r릴레이티드 documents다큐먼츠 within위^ð딘 30 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 for^f포 establishing이스태블리슁 the^ð디 association.어소우시에이션

⑤ 추진위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
